Drafts a complete Employee Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) — with recitals, DTSA/NLRA carve-outs, survival provisions, a return-of-property clause, and a signature Acknowledgment page — as an editable DOCX and matching PDF for HR onboarding; if the user supplies an existing company NDA template or a prior employee's executed agreement, it updates that document in place instead of drafting from scratch. Use when HR needs to create, customize, or update an employee confidentiality agreement for a new hire, transfer, or re-issuance, including company-specific confidential-information categories and jurisdiction-appropriate language.
