Terms of Service

The service

SkillsBank provides downloadable AI skill files (SKILL.md) and ready-to-paste prompts that you run in your own AI assistant. The catalog and each offering's example are free to browse; downloading or copying an offering requires a subscription or a one-time purchase.

Subscription, trial & billing

The Standard plan is $9/month and includes 5 offering-downloads per calendar month (UTC). Unused downloads don't roll over.

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected up front and the trial includes the plan's full 5 monthly downloads. The trial is available once per customer.

Once your paid subscription has started, you can buy additional offerings past your included downloads at $3 each. During the free trial, extra purchases aren't available — you can start your paid plan at any time to unlock them. Without a subscription, you can buy any single offering for $9.

Downloads stay available to you: an offering you downloaded on a plan remains free to re-download even if your plan later ends, and purchased offerings are yours permanently.

The personalized Brand Book skill is included with an active subscription (during the trial it counts as one of the 5 trial downloads; it is free once the subscription is paid).

You can cancel anytime from your profile; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Billing is processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Offerings are digital goods delivered immediately, so purchases and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once content has been downloaded, except where required by law. If something went wrong — a broken file, a double charge — contact support and we'll make it right.

License & acceptable use

Downloads and prompts are licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish SkillsBank offerings, or systematically extract the catalog.

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass the paywall or metering, no automated scraping, and no use of the chat for unlawful content.

Content & disclaimer

Offerings are expert-reviewed templates and instructions for AI assistants. Outputs ultimately come from your own AI assistant and depend on your inputs — review results before relying on them. Offerings are not professional (legal, tax, investment, or medical) advice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
