Transforms a founder's existing business plan (DOCX/PDF) into a five-section investor Q&A cheat sheet with data-cited bullet answers, delivered as an editable DOCX. Use when a founder or deal team is prepping for a pitch meeting, follow-up call, or diligence round and needs anticipated investor questions answered directly from their own plan — phrases like "prep me for investor questions," "grill me on this deck," or "build a diligence cheat sheet" all trigger this skill.

Questions

What do I need to provide?

Your existing business plan as a DOCX or PDF. An investor persona (e.g., early-stage VC, growth PE, strategic acquirer) is optional — if you don't specify one, it defaults to a balanced generalist-VC lens and notes that default in the closing Reader Note.

What exactly do I get?

An editable DOCX titled with your company name, persona, and date. It has a quick-reference metrics table plus five sections — Market Validation, Competitive Moat, Unit Economics, Exit Scenarios, Legal Risks — each with 4-6 questions, cited bullet answers, and a follow-up line, using real Word heading, list, and table styles.

What happens if I'm missing some inputs, like a plan section or persona?

It proceeds anyway rather than stopping to ask twice. Missing figures produce no invented bullets — those gaps, plus any persona default or figure conflicts, are listed in a plain-English note after the document, closing with either "Complete" or "Needs input: N item(s)."

Does it work on my existing files?

Yes — it's built to transform a business plan you already have (DOCX or PDF) rather than write one from scratch. Every answer traces back to something in your document, cited by page or section, never invented.

How is this better than just asking my assistant directly?

It applies a fixed diligence structure (five sections, persona-weighted question selection, evidence-tier tagging on every bullet, recomputed derived figures, conflict resolution across the plan) and returns a styled, ready-to-use DOCX rather than an unstructured chat reply you'd have to organize yourself.
